AUTOMATION BABA is committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy explains when and how clients can request refunds for business solution services, including IT software, SaaS, and automation solutions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery or product activation. After this period, refund requests are generally not accepted unless there is a service deficiency or non-delivery.
Refunds are processed in these circumstances:
Service was not delivered as described or failed to launch.
There is a material deficiency in service quality, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Duplicate or unauthorized payments.
Failure to provide access to purchased SaaS tools after full payment.
Refunds do not apply if:
The client has already used substantial portions of the service or downloaded digital assets.
Delays or issues were caused by incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information from the client.
The claim is after the 14-day refund window unless legally required.
To request a refund, send an email to support@automationbaba.com with order details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
GST amount collected on any transaction is not refundable under any circumstances.
Setup, onboarding, customization charges, or custom integration fees are non-refundable once the service has started.
Fees charged by government authorities, third parties, or for regulatory filings as part of a bundled service are non-refundable.
Any charges for completed third-party services, paid on the customer's behalf, are not refundable.
Change of mind after service activation.
Non-usage of the platform or services after purchase.
Services delivered as per agreed scope.
Refunds may be denied if a customer misuses the service, violates terms of use, or provides false information.
Requests with incomplete documentation or outside the specified window may be rejected.
